Jolee Pink is an artist, eco-friendly textile designer and author of Living Coastal: Inspirations for Entertaining, Decorating and Cooking California Style, a book envisioned to capture the spirit of San Diego artists and chefs inspired by the Pacific Ocean. Currently, Jolee divides her time between ceramics, writing and organizing community events.


Nancy Martin is a problem-solver extraordinaire. An experienced writer, educator and event coordinator, Nancy responds to challenges with novel ideas. Her ability to think creatively helps organizations define problems and recognize opportunities for solving these problems in innovative ways. As one of the co-founders of Encinitas Foodie Fest, Nancy is thrilled to be involved as a creative consultant.


As a local Encinitas dance instructor, Linda Wilkerson works tirelessly to teach kids how to dance and perform at biannual recitals benefiting Conners Cause. She is thrilled to help design festival t-shirts and manage the store.


Mickey Booz has been a North County Realtor for 14 years and former Cinematographer and TV Director for 23 years with clients like The Food Network, Subway and Coors Brewery. Mickey is an avid food and wine lover and a believer in the power of video to tell a story. Portraying the creativity of North County Chefs and driven by a passion to help benefit Cystic Fibrosis, Mickey put his heart into Foodie Fest Encinitas.
